450g of all-purpose flour

225g packed light-brown sugar
225g granulated sugar
225g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
4 large eggs, beaten lightly

How to Bake your Pumpkin Cupcakes
To bake your delicious Pumpkin Cupcakes, you need to preheat your oven to 180 degrees C.
Place some paper cases in a muffin tray; set aside.
In a reasonably sized bowl, whisk together some flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice; set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, butter, and brown sugar. Add all the ingredients and whisk it all until smooth in consistency.
After whisking until smooth, add the pumpkin puree and continue whisking.
Divide batter evenly among the cases, half-filling each one.
Place in the oven until the cupcakes spring back when touched, 20 to 25 minutes, rotating the pan if needed. Transfer to a wire rack or a suitable place to let them cool.
